Pelaburan Hartanah di Forest City Johor

Assalamualaikum

Minggu lepas berkesempatan pergi tengok property di Johor. Itupun sebab kebetulan kakak ipaq cakap nak pi Forest City, pusing-pusing ambil gambaq. NH ingatkan tempat macam lego-land ke apa, sekali masuk entrance macam ni tempat galeri jualan. Lepas da shoot gambaq satu dua while waiting kakak ipaq yang nak berfoto dengan features kat garden tu so NH dengan suami pun pergi showroom. we managed to visit all showroom. WOOOW!!! it really "tempting". After that we seat for "price talk" sessions.

Punyalah ramai orang nak beli property sampai satu hall tu penuh and susah nak cari table untill we share with ohers. And boleh nampak dalam beratus orang kat situ tak sampai 10 pun Malay.During that talk sessions, they said 70% buyer is chinese not from Malaysia. Again WOOOW!! and question my self, where is malay??? what happened to Malay? its our country but we not afford to buy this, and i am pretty sure tak ramai pun malay tahu about this project. Dan yang paling shock they said over thousands units sold everyday. Even the agent property are not from Malaysia, impoorted from CHINA. And my feeling even untill now bercampur-campur. Semestinya ada privilege untuk Malay dari segi price and lain-lain.

The price is RM1000-RM2000 satu kaki persegi. so the smallest unit pun dah almost RM600, 000++

The property build with modern technology and go green concept, all with the CCTV and smart door ( guna fingerprint untuk unlock anda auto light ). Tambahan ada unit yang kita boleh tanam pokok and they provide automatic watering system. Waaaaaaaaaaaah sangat.Lagi satu ID showroom haruslah cantik boleh la dapat idea sikit-sikit kan kalau sape nk renovation rumah,

Ok for those yang rasa tak mampu nak letak downpayment and deposit over RM10k yang kena bayar on that day jugak tuk lock kan u punya units. Dont worry ada jugak cara lain u alls nak invest, Contoh nya Jom la kita beli emas banyak-banyak tapi secara beransur, mana la tau lepas setaun dua u alls cash kan emas tu boleh beli property cash, NH pernah share banyak entry sebelum ni tentang emas and mana nak beli, boleh contac terus 0173820636.

Pengajaran dari lawatan kali ini ialah, sekurang-kurang nya kita buka la minda, Bangsa lain datang untuk beli property tapi bangsa kita datang sibuk nk berselfie sebab tengok kat FB view cantik, Ye, memang tak salah, tapi sampai bila kita nak life macam ni je kan. Our mindset is too low kawan-kawan.

Siapa nak tahu pergi lihat sendiri, mengikut info dari property agent, they start selling on march this year ( 2016) tapi fasa 1, 2 ,3 dah sold out!!! how fast, but tak ramai pun yang antara kita yang tahu.
