MY CHAMBERING (PUPILAGE) STORY- Ethic course

Assalam hari ini nak share pasal Ethic course.

Course ni adalah wajib untuk semua Pelatih Dalam Kamar. Course ini hanya diadakan di tiga tempat di semenanjung iaitu Kuala Lumpur, Penang dan Johor Bahru.  So semua Pelatih Dalam Kamar boleh daftar course ni dan pilih lokasi berhampiran dengan anda.  Course ini diadakan adalah mungkin untuk mengingatkan kepada semua bakal-bakal pengamal undang-undang ( peguam ) untuk lebih beretika dan lebih bertanggungjawab.

Therfore I registerd to attend the course in KL. It is one day course and one day exam. It only held once in a month. So u can choose either back to back or attend the lecture this month and exam the other month.

How to register this course?

 U will get welcoming letter from the Bar Council ( Majlis Peguam Malaysia)then u have to reply them and book which date u want.

I punya ethic  lecture ialah pada 9 September yang lalu. U have to be there at 730am sharp. Any latecomers will not allowed to enter the hall. Must be full court attire, if not u will not allowed to enter the hall too.

 Lunch and tea break is provided. The fees of this course is RM200. Rumours yang I dengar pasal exam ni , ialah exam ni susah dan ramai failures even speaker pun cakap benda sama.Tapi sekarang Bar Council limitkan tuk reseat maximum hanya 3 kali, buat kali ke-3, anda akan diluluskan secara automatic. Setiap kali menduduki exam anda perlu membuat bayaran. So u have to thnk if u want to save your time and money because certain state just pay you RM500 for monthly allowance.

Nampak macam cool je resat 3 kali automatic pass, tapi duit habis melayang-layang kerana most of pupilage allowance is aroung Rm500-RM700 unless in KL, JB or Penang, u might get as alow as RM1000 monthly.

As usual, NH minta permission  keluar awal dari ofis pada 8 septmber, naik bas, tumpang rumah kawan kat  Batu Caves, jauh sangaaat, tapi nak wat macam mana? Itu je tempat yang ada. So the next day, kul 530am da bangun sebab nak pergi kat tren lagi semua makan masa. Safely arrived at Leboh Pasar by 715am.

The course end at abaout 530pm. Dismissed.

Familia Gathering-Johor Bahru

Assalam semua, semoga berada di dalam limpahan dan kurnian Nya.

It was my cousin wedding. but i already decided not to go. It was unplanned, i received call from my unlce-Ayah Teh the day before we went to JB. Actually Ayah Teh da ada mention pasal ni masa har raya lepas.

Friday at 4pm, received call lagi dari Ayah Teh, so i simply say yes. Balik keje da kul 630pm, sampai rumah shower main sumbat je baju sehelai dua dalam beg. ready to go. Segan jugak sebab tak sempat nak beli apa-apa pun untuk aunty.

Along the way to JB, memag mengantuk, but macma biasa convesation in the car dek sebab jarang-jarang jumpa. Sesampau JB, dorang semua ( yang ada dala kereta, kazen nenek sedara ) nak siggah rumah aunty dulu before pergi homstay. I heard my uncle said Pengantin tak de. Then i ok. sebab kalau boleh tak nak betembung dengan pengantin.

Sampai JB da jumpa aunty and cousins yang lain then tiba2 "eyh? apasal mamat ni ada kat sini? tak perlu la kot." haisssyyhhh...

Keesokan hari nya semua da gather di dewan, Aku dapat soala paling win from one of the uncle. hahhahah.. memang kelakar

" Awak da kawen?? tak lagi kan?? ow da eh?? masih bersama lagi tak?? " OH MY!! hahahhaha

I decided to go back by bus, so i tak join dorang gather malam tu. Pengantin sampai je terus gerak pergi Larkin Terminal. Memang plan nak balik awal pun sebab nak rehat.

But i received an emergency call yang my brother nak kena operate, terus siap-siap pergi KPJ Rawang the nect day. So no Rehat. penaaaaaaaaaatttt

Isnin masuk keja memang tak de mood, mengantuk, ruma besepah, lalallala.Tapi best jugak sebab rasa masa cepat berlalu and wekend sangat beharga bersama family.

Nasib Hari Rabu cuti Hari Malaysia, so boleh la rehat dan kemas rumah.

MY CHAMBERING (PUPILAGE) STORY-Episode Litigation

Assalam Readers, alhamdullilah syukur sekarang kita masih berada dalam keadaan sihat walafiat.

Now is my fourth month of pupillage. Alhamdullillah, so far so good.  Eventhough somtime I am moody. Sometime is tiring, hahaha. Ok last month ada drama sket kat ofis until i almost fade up and decide to change, quit and wat not. But still we pray for the best to our ALMIHGHTY and I stay strong here. Thanks for all my pupilge friend even yang baru kenal, for all your endless support. Thank you very much!! I met my master and spoke to him. We have about 3 hours discussion. Memang drama sangat u alls. Adegan nangis semua ada. I have to heart to heart with him to survive another 6 month. If not I will “died” here.

I did’t learn a lot from my master. As always people said, lawyer is very busy, there goes to my master too. But, I still fight to learn and manage to get few files from the clerk and another lawyer in the firm. I learned how to do Notice of demand and Termination. I also learned how to do summon and 16D for charge. Overall it is about banking ( default payment), bankcruptcy, and conveyancing.

I still not manange to get accidents file, but I do learn from another chambering student in the same firm. Sometime we discuss together. I did my own research too but still cannot get confirmation and advice from my master yet. My master is and Indian Muslim. He is a man.

Selain dari duduk kat law firm je, Bar Council Malaysia ( Majlis Peguam Malaysia) organised few program that pupil must attend. It is compulsory attendance. Such as, talk, seminar, Legal aid duty, Dock brief duty and etc.

Legal Aid Duty

It depends on state bar. In Melaka, legal aid duty we only represent YBGK ( Yayasan Bantuan Guaman). It means u have to come to Melaka bar according to the schedule u received. When client come and seek for advice, you have to advise them. It must be done 28 times during your pupilge.

I heard my friend from otehr state, they need to attend prison, give talk and etc because it depends on every state, they have their own style to manage a legal aid duty to the pupils.

DOCK BRIEF

My turn for Dock Brief belum sampai lagi, so I cannot tell much wat it is about.  Generally, Dock brief is u have to attend to court and reperesent client ( oran kena tudung yang polis bawak dari lokap/penjara) untuk dibicarakan. I will further my strory when my turn come. But I heard it is about criminal. Nervous jugak baut wat to do? Hehhehe.

Last day RAYA and Goodbye session at KLIa

Assalamualaikum

Ahad 17 Ogos 2015 adalah (mungkin ) hari last raya ( 30 syawal ). Da alang-alang berada di Kl da buat few appointment tuk beraya di rumah sahabat-sahabat handai ( memandai-mandai). Tapi so sad 1^st rumah yang dijanjikan tak jadi sebab tuan rumah nak pergi riding makan ikan patin Temerloh. Ok, maybe next time. Ok waiting for next reply from my another bff, tapi tak muncul-muncul jugak message dia di screen phone. Maka encik suami pun roger kawan dia di bangi. Alang-alang dia baru dapat beby baru, kira macam melawat beby sambil beraya la. Satu je nak cakap, popia dan sambal homemade dia sedap sangat.

Next, kitorang menuju ke rumah kawan I lagi sorang di USJ. Ini adalah pasangan newlywed. Tapi tak sempat borak panjang sebab ada family mentua nya datang. Maka kami beransur pulang.

Next destination ialah acara saying goodbye to “Rakyat Ireland” yang bakal pulang ke “tanah air” beliau melaksanakan tugas hakiki sebagai seorang pelajar perubatan giteww..  Ok take care till we meet again and hopefully next year the dialog yang da 3 tahun dialog sama becomes true. Cepat je masa berlalu rasa macam baru je hantar last year, ni da good bye balik da.

WEDDING@ BANGI GOLF RESORT

Assalamualaikum

Last- last weekend which is on 15 August dapat invitation wedding dari ex-roommate masw7a foundation in MMU  Rodziah Roslan, Sampai di  Bangi Golf Resort tepat jam 8pm. Pergi restroom touch-up sket, pergi registration dapatkan number table

Da masuk dalam hall, apa lagi, da macam sesi reunion, almaklum ada yang da almost 5-8 years tak jumpa. Maka kami pun beramah mesra sangat. Bertanya khabar dan of coz “camwhoring” secara berjemaah. Memang happening sangat. Selepas ketibaan pengantin maka acara “bersantap” pun bermula. Masa tu lebih kurang jam 9 malam. Penantian memang berbaloi sebab makanan memang sedap sangat-sangat.

Selepas itu acara bergambar di atas pelamin la pulak. My fren punya smart phone memang agak canggih dan latest. Yang I ni pulak tak reti nak berselfi. INI SERIUS.  Sekali dapat fon camera cantik,ringan, lebar, memang pegang tu sedap je la. Yang kawan I ni pulak dia ada beby, so dia busy dengan beby dia yang da almost mengantuk tu, so I take over phone dia macam phone I sendiri.  Baru tau nikmat nye selfie/wefie. Hhahhaha..

Because of da lewat malam I overnight di rumah kawan I di Serdang. Sebab da lama tak jumpa. ( ada je jumpa tapi tak sempat borak) maka berborak sampai lewat pagi dan sambung esok nya. Hhihihihihi. Memang seronok. Main-main dengan beby Hani sekali.
